SES auto dialers provide reliable communications between a resident and a visitor in a lobby or at a gate. A guest selects the name of a resident from the electronic directory and enters the residents code (residents' phone numbers are not displayed). The resident's phone gives a distinctive double ring indicating a call from a guest. The resident can choose to answer or ignore the call. The resident can communicate with the guest from any phone in their residence and by pressing a preprogrammed number release the door or gate.

All SES auto dialers can be programmed from the keypad. Keypad programming is popular with multi-family residences of 15 or fewer units. The optional modem is required to program by computer.

Auto Dialers require a dedicated phone line. The memory size will determine the number of residents the phone system can call. When determining memory size consider residents sharing a residence with partners or adult children. Auto dialers provide communications only and do not provide activity reports or access control functions. Programmable systems provide access control and activity reports.

TEC101

The TEC101 provides basic telephone entry for apartments, condominiums and professional buildings. A two line LCD directory display is easily to read even in direct sunlight or at night. TEC101 is offered in four capacities; 50, 125, 500 and 995 codes to match the facilities requirements. The TEC101 comes with 2 relays standard to control two doors. Board level surge suppression protects the unit and is provided at no additional cost., The stainless steel front door and aluminum back box is sure to provide years of faithful service. The TEC101C provides the same features as the TEC101with the added benefit of card access. A card reader can be attached to the TEC101 for residents access. No activity report is provided. The TEC 4 oversized backlit LCD directory provides visitors with four resident's names per screen. The TEC4 characters are a generous 3/8” (10 mm) high, so viewing on the sunset days or for those who are visually impaired display. Two relays to control two doors makes the TEC IV the perfect telephone entry system for medium sized apartments, condos or gated communities or office. All TEC series of telephone entry systems can be provided with an optional hood to shield the unit from from rain. The hood is available with or without lamps.
