The 6300 series operators are designed to operate vehicular swing gates in residential, commercial and industrial applications.   These operators are designed so that they can be either pad or post mounted without any costly and time consuming field modifications.   You need to specify which mounting method when ordering.   The unique design of these operators allows the gate arm to be attached to the bottom rail of the gate.   This eliminates the need for any brackets to be welded to the face of the gate and creates an aesthetically pleasing installation. The 1601 operator is designed for single lane (14 ft. max) vehicular traffic control in high traffic commercial and industrial applications.   The 1601 operator is designed so that it can be mounted on either the left or right hand side of the roadway.   The operator can be equipped with a DC convenience open package (optional) that will automatically raise the arm in the event of a power outage. Adding optional features such as vehicle detectors and access control is simple to do.

The 1602 operator is designed for traffic lanes up to 20-feet wide in low use commercial and industrial applications. This operator uses a counter-balanced three-piece wishbone style arm assembly. The 1602 operator is designed so that it can be mounted on either the left or right hand side of the roadway. The operator can be equipped with a DC convenience open package (optional) that will automatically raise the arm in the event of a power outage.
