Tri-Cor realizes that an occasional request may be made by customers to return a product for a refund. To cover the cost of administration, testing and returning the product to Tri-Cor stock there will be a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. Non-stock items will be returned to the manufacturer and subject to the manufacturer's restocking fee plus all freight charges to return the product to manufacturer. Special order items cannot be returned for credit.

To qualify for a 25% restocking fee the product must be returned in a "like new" condition with all components in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Tri-Cor reserves the right to increase the restocking fee to recover for items not returned or additional cost to return product to a "like new" condition. Tri-Cor's hourly rate is $75.00 an hour. Freight charges for shipping materials to dealer will not be refunded.

Prior to returning a product call the factory at 1.630.629.1213 for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Any product returned without an RMA number will be refused. All materials must be shipped prepaid and insured by the sender. Any product shipped collect will be refused. The address to ship the product to will be given when the RMA number is issued. Tri-Cor is not responsible for any product shipped without a RMA number, even if the material is delivered to and signed for by Tri-Cor.

Tri-Cor reserves the right to change this Policy.  Any changes to this policy will be posted to this page as soon as reasonably possible and will become effective immediately.  Therefore, please check this page periodically.
