be an advocate for the dealer in returning the
part for warranty repair or replacement. Tri-Cor
is not responsible for determining if a product

manufacturer's warranty policy varies, so read
carefully the warranty policy of each manufacturer
or call Tri-Cor for information. Manufacturers
do not cover the labor cost to replace the component.
To initiate a warranty replacement you must provide
Tri-Cor with the model, serial number and invoice

Some manufacturers, for the convenience of the dealer, provide advance replacements to dealers for components. Prior to a advance replacement being ordered, Tri-Cor will explain the manufacturer's policy for advance replacements. Dealers will be require to submit a purchase order. All materials will be invoiced to the dealer. After the manufacturer determines if the product is under warranty or not will the dealer receive a credit. The dealer will be expected to pay for advance replacement items if they original is not covered by warrant. Dealers should inform the end user the potential that the product may not be covered by warranty prior to beginning the exchange.
